After logging in, navigate to Set Up Forgotten Password Help by clicking:

• My System Profile in the Menu.

  

• On the General Profile Information page, click the Change or set up forgotten password help link.

  

• Select a question and enter a response to authenticate your account.
• Click the OK button to save your selections.

  

• Should you ever forget your password and attempt to retrieve it, you will be asked the selected security question and required to supply the correct response in order to authenticate yourself.
