If you cannot remember your password, you can have it emailed to your UConn account.

• On the Sign In page, click the Forgot your Password? link.



• Enter your seven digit User ID and click the Continue button.

You must respond to the security question. If you have not set up a security question, the system asks for the last four numbers of your social security number.

• Enter your answer in the Response field and click the Email New Password button.

Your password will be emailed to the address listed in the Email ID field. If you continue to have log in issues, contact:
